Indrajit Power Pvt. Ltd. (IPPL) Has set up a coal-based 85 MW Thermal Power Plant in Wardha, Maharashtra.
The main power plant equipments are four coal based fluidized bed combustion boilers each capable of generating 90 TPH steam at 72 bar and 510 Deg.C and two extraction condensing steam turbine generator each rated for 42.5 MW.
Silent features of the CPP are:
- A railway siding with wagon tippler and two truck tipplers has installed for unloading of coal.
- A 220 kV switchyard will be provided for the evacuation of power.
- Necessary hardware has been considered for meetin the various environmental and pollution control requirements.
